I’ve been working through an umbrella company for about 2.5 years now and for various reasons (but mainly Mr Brown having cut contractors’ tax dispensations) so have decided to go back to being limited as I was in 2000. I don’t want to just google for an accountant so am hoping someone may be able to recommend a decent, inexpensive, reliable accountant for IT contractors who will also look after company formation, returns, expenses etc.. Anyone? Someone?
