It’s only taken about 6 months from viewings to completion, but I just got the call that I am now the proud owner of a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor, sea-view, c.1900 flat in Hastings, East Sussex. Well done me. Picking up keys later, prob spending the night there and sorting out bits and pieces for it tomorrow.

PS: Phot of Em’s wedding and Dartmouth will not be going up. Someone half inched the bloody camera, grr.
