Quiznos just opened round the corner from where I work, it’s like Subway, only not. OK, so I didn’t spend £85, but really. My Quiznos Subs review:

1. I foolishly assumed it was going to be the same price or cheaper than the Subway which is a little further up the road. It was XL, but come on, £6.89 – that’s just nuts.
2. I didn’t ask for a toasted sandwich.
3. English wasn’t the first language going on in there.
4. The bread was tasteless and there was a lack of choice.
5. I didn’t get to choose which salad bits were put in.
6. They didn’t offer cheese.
7. They do Pepsi not Coke.
8. The whole process took about 10 minutes.
9. Verdict: 1*, don’t go to Quiznos.
10. I just spent £6.89 on a sandwich.
