I Hate Bulldog Broadband

I should have really written about Bulldog months back, while my blood was properly boiling at the mere thought of them. I really do hate them as a company. I have wasted probably a full 48 hours of my life either on hold to them; speaking to them; being passed from department to department; keying numbers in for their automated call direction system. After signing up with them back in June, we eventually told them to sling their hook in November as they continually screwed up our bill; ignored the discount they had offered us; the service would regularly drop off and the customer service was appalling.

I think the prob was they they had too much demand too quickly and their internal processes and systems could not cope, yet they continue with their ridiculous ‘Internet Saviour’ advertising to rake the ignorant customers in. They agreed back in Novemeber that they owe us 97 odd quid, this has been confirmed whenever I call. To actually receive the money is a different matter. 6 months on and still nothing received. Last time I spoke to someone at their call centre, the guy sounded helpful. His name was Paul, funny though how he didn’t sound like a Paul.
