DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE

They swindled me, the bloody bastards, from the bottom please:

Customer Services Rant #1:

Dear James,

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

We have reported the three discs as missing and despatched three new titles to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you. This is because there are no late fees and as such, we there would be no reason to contact a customer who had not reported discs as missing.

If you have any other questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Grahame

Hi,

I’m not happy with the service I’ve received from you. My account email address is ___.

I was wanting just to trial the service and didn’t receive any DVDs and now have been charged 14.99.

I would like you to close my account and refund me the money.

Thank you,

James Spratt

[Update, 06.09.07: Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, I didn't realize that screenselect turned into LoveFilm and I've been using them for a couple of months now. Haven't bothered looking up who bought out who or what happened along the way but Lovefilm are actually very good, been trialing them for free and we're getting to catch up on loads of movies we've missed out on. One side to being pregnant is that entertainment no longer revolves around imbibing.]
